[Part I]

History;

Canon or AU?
Well thaaaaat's a bit of a trick question there. You see Dr. Nusakan's actual lines in canon can be counted on one hand with fingers left over. So while I am using all the canon available for him, he'll probably be AU anyway because that much will need to be made up about him. So, AU.
Supernatural powers? [If yes, then specify what and how many people know]
Wikipedia [or other] link to Canon Information:

Anything else we should know? [About your character; that isn't asked anywhere else on the application. Or anything else.]

In-Game Backstory: [ie. Character history]

Presentation;

Third Person Sample: [This is a third person sample of what your character would do/act like in a log. The sample should be at least 200 words and display your grasp of characterization, writing style, and grammar. Make up a fun scenario and wow us with your character knowledge and writing abilities!]

[Part III]

Questions;

The following questions are meant to be answered in-character, first person. Pretend your character is being interviewed.

Out of the first set of [20] questions, choose [5-10] to answer. If your answers are shorter (ie. 1-3 sentences each), answer [10] questions. If your answers are longer (ie. 4+ sentences each), you don't need to answer any more than [5].

Out of the second set of [5] questions, choose [2-3] to answer. These questions need to have longer, more creative answers. We would like at least [5] sentences per question. Make the answers up! Have fun!

At any time, you can choose to answer more than the recommended numbers, just as long as you answer them to the best of your character's (and your) abilities!

If, however, you want to apply for an original character, or, say, a mythological one with no canon/fandom to draw on, we ask that you answer at least [15] questions from the first set, and all [5] from the second. We ask this so that we can better determine how well thought-out your character really is. Mary Sues and Emo Kids are incredibly discouraged here.

Set I.

Who or what, if anything, would you die for?
Who or what, if anything, would you kill for?
Why does anyone ever kill? It's all the usual reasons... money, hunger, loyalty, ideals, dreams, boredom...
Would you rather learn everything there is to know, or experience everything there is to experience? Now that is an excellent question. What is better between the two? I daresay philosophers go into great detail about such things and I as one man could hardly begin to answer such a question for the whole of humanity. On the other hand this is a personal one - which would I rather do. I left Facinaturu in the pursuit of knowledge - knowledge that I hold in the highest regard, so one would think the first answer would be the obvious choice - however I left because I could not properly observe for myself what effect diseases have on a body as my race does not get sick. In that sense, I chose experience - well, as much as I can experience - over knowledge. Does that answer your question?
What is your guilty pleasure? That requires a feeling of guilt for which I am thoroughly lacking, as you will find. I suppose, however, that a quiet evening with a good book and a glass of blood-spiked wine would count well enough, as such things do not aide in my research.
If you could save any historical figure from their untimely death, who would it be?
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
If you could kill any living person in the world, who would you kill?
Which would you rather give up: television or books?
Television. Without question, without pause, without hesitation. The idea of giving up books is blasphemous. Television is the ultimate drug created by humans to keep themselves in a cattle-like daze of obedience, why would I ever subject myself to such a thing?
Your hearing, or your eyesight?
What is your favorite thing to do when you’re alone?
Sometimes I do a little evil laughter. It's actually fairly cathartic, the problem is it makes you look damn silly and no one ever takes you seriously after they catch you at it, even if you have a scalpel to their lower intestines. So it's best left when you're all alone.
If you were stranded on an island and could only take one thing, what would it be?
If you could solve any one current world crisis, which would you solve?
What is your biggest pet peeve?
I cannot abide by rudeness or wastefulness. Oh dear, I suppose that's two. Wastefulness I am more loathe to tolerate, however. We are working with a finite number of resources in this world,
If you could be on one TV reality show, which would it be?
Is the glass half empty or half full? The glass is half. A pound of feathers and a pound of rocks are still a pound. The pot that is watched will boil at the same time as the pot that isn't. Biased perception does not change the volume of the contents of the receptacle.
Do you believe in love at first sight? Love is a chemical reaction in the brain, as cynics are so fond of saying. I do believe in lust at first sight - an intense physical attraction that is a perfectly reasonable survival instinct to perpetuate the species. Love on the other hand comes from knowing a person and has little if anything to do with physical attraction, although the two are not mutually exclusive. You cannot love someone that you don't know - you can love the idea of what you think they are, love what you want them to be, but it takes seeing a person at both their best and their worst to truly love them. Of course, this is all my personal theory on the matter, I myself have never been in love, I do not get to know people and I do not let people know me, because love also includes a certain amount of responsibility for the life of another. How does it go? You become responsible forever for the things that you tame. I do not want to be responsible for the existence of another, so I have no intention of entering into that kind of arrangement.
Do you believe in God? No.
If you could commit any felony with impunity, which would it be?
If you were on the Titanic and there was only room for one person on your lifeboat, would you save your mother or your best friend?
Would you sleep with your boss to keep from losing your high-end job?

Set II.

Describe how you met your best friend.
Describe the worst thing you’ve ever done.
Describe your first kiss.
Describe the most difficult experience you have ever had to deal with.
Describe a situation in which you took charge.
